Here at J.B.Trading Seafoods it is our policy to supply only responsibly sourced fish, weather it be direct from the day boats or from fish markets around the coast of Britain, we will only purchase fish from suppliers who are certified and recognised by the responsible fishing scheme.

All fish that we supply is fully traceable and can be traced back to the origin that the catch was made.
